These Terms of Service apply to Toy Craft, provided by Kakanaka LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Toy Craft is provided for personal entertainment use. You agree to use the app in a lawful and respectful manner.

In-App Purchases

The app may offer consumable in-app purchases, such as coins, hints, cards, or other gameplay items. Consumable items may be used immediately and may not be restorable once consumed.

Subscriptions

Toy Craft may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, such as Toy Craft Pro. Subscription benefits may include daily rewards, extra hints, additional gameplay benefits, and other premium features described in the app.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies and applicable law.

No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
